
We have been working on our next round of Santa Barbara syrah currently in the barrels. Just finished some blending experiments integrating wine from various regional syrahs. This "regional blending" will be the first time we offer a non-single vineyard offering. A few years ago we decided to expand our selection by purchasing grapes from various vineyards, within the same region, that have different flavor profiles. Our goal is to build a few fantastic options by creating a unique local wine blend. More to come...
